Ready to hop into bunny parenthood with us? We ask for either full payment or a 50% deposit upfront to reserve your fluffy friend. Just a heads-up: once you've made your payment, it's non-refundable unless there's a hiccup. Also, there's a small 3.2% transaction fee for all sales to keep things running smoothly. But don't worry, once you bring your bunny home, you've got our lifetime support guarantee! We're here for you every hop of the way.
At Ears & Tails, we prioritize our waitlist families by granting them a first selection from our available bunnies. Our adorable bundles of joy will typically be 5-6 weeks old when they're ready for adoption, allowing us to ensure their health, quality, and gender. While we strive for accuracy, we can't guarantee the correct genders, so we kindly ask all buyers to double-check upon pickup.
Please note that pedigree paperwork and breeding rights come at an additional cost, which can be added to most individual listings.
To secure your bunny, full payment is required before they leave our care. While all bunnies list their full adoption prices, we're flexible and happy to discuss reservation options, including a 50% deposit. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you'd like to reserve your bunny of choice!
At Ears & Tail , we ensure the well-being of your furry companions with our comprehensive health certificate service. These documents are essential for interstate travel, whether jet-setting with your pet via airlines or utilizing USDA pet transports. Our experienced rabbit veterinarian conducts thorough examinations a few days before pickup, providing peace of mind for you and your beloved bunny(s). Interstate health certificates are available for $125 and remain valid for 30 days, ensuring smooth and worry-free travels across state borders.
At our bunny haven, we take great care in finding the perfect match for our fluffy companions. We reserve the right to ensure that each bunny finds the ideal home, so we may ask a few questions about your intentions and the environment you'll provide for your new furry friend. Please note, bunnies without pedigree and breeding rights are not to be used for breeding purposes. While we highly recommend spaying and neutering for the health and happiness of your bunny, it's not mandatory. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure the well-being of every bunny in our care.
At Ears & Tails, we understand that life can throw unexpected curveballs, and sometimes plans change. If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to welcome a bunny into your home after placing a payment, we're unable to issue refunds. However, your payment won't go to waste. You'll retain a credit with us that can be applied toward reserving another bunny within the next 6 months. It's our way of ensuring you still have the opportunity to bring a furry friend into your family when the time is right.
We take the health and well-being of our bunnies seriously. That's why we offer a 7-day guarantee on all our babies. We promise never to sell a bunny that we believe is sick, injured or may have health issues. Our goal is to raise happy and healthy animals, and we stand by that commitment. If, unfortunately, your bunny falls seriously ill or passes away within the first 7 days, we'll provide a refund or offer you the first pick of the next available litter, provided you can provide veterinary proof that the issue arose before the bunny left our care.
However, once the initial 7-day period has passed, we're unable to issue refunds for illnesses or other circumstances that may arise. We're also not responsible for covering veterinary expenses once the bunny has left our care. We want to emphasize that adopting a bunny is a significant responsibility, akin to adopting a cat or dog. Bunnies can live up to 8-12 years, and they require dedicated care and attention.
While we do our best to accurately determine the genders of our bunnies, mistakes can happen, especially at a young age. We ask our buyers to double-check the gender upon pickup. While we're not obligated to refund or exchange a rabbit due to gender errors, if we have a suitable bunny available, we'll consider it.
Finally, we want to ensure that your bunny's journey to their new home is as stress-free as possible. We recommend transporting them in a closed crate with a blanket and hay for comfort and leaving them alone for the first couple of days in their new cage to acclimate to their environment. Change can be stressful for baby bunnies, so it's important to give them time to adjust.
At Ears & Tails, we understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes, keeping a bunny may no longer be possible. If you find yourself in this situation, we're here to help. We'll gladly accept the bunny back into our care if we c do so. However, please note that we're unable to issue refunds. If you choose another bunny at a later date, any credit you have will be forfeited. Rest assured, any bunny returned to us will be quarantined and made available for reservations once again.
At Ears & Tails, we take the health and well-being of our bunnies seriously. If your bunny falls ill, passes away while in our care, or if there are any unexpected changes, such as a gender discrepancy upon pickup, we're committed to making it right. In such cases, we'll gladly issue a refund, deducting only the 3.2% transaction fee, or offer you a suitable replacement bunny. Your satisfaction and the health of our bunnies are our top priorities.
Our policy & pricing are subject to change at any time.
